Payment
We accept payment by PayPal or major credit cards. Payment must be received before we will ship your item. If you must cancel an order, the cost of all work in progress up to that point, plus 10% restocking fee may apply. If we haven’t begun production, there is no charge.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Orders are usually mailed within 1-2 weeks. If you need it sooner please let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you happen to receive an item with craftsmanship or design errors, please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for such cases, and we’ll work diligently to rectify any issues promptly.
However, please kindly note that all sales for personalized goods are final. As each personalized item is tailored uniquely to your preferences, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products. We kindly request you to carefully review and confirm your personalization details before placing your order to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please be aware that natural materials such as leather and stone may not look completely uniform due to its nature. For example, a slight differences in thickness of leather may cause it to take dye differently, thus generating a lighter or darker appearance. No two items will be identical.
