At KDX Designs, we take immense pride in creating exquisite handmade goods crafted with love and care. We want you to cherish your purchases and be completely satisfied with your shopping experience.
If you happen to receive an item with craftsmanship errors, please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for such cases, and we’ll work diligently to rectify any issues promptly.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on demand, and the type of item. We will strive to have your items delivered within 7 to 10 days.
